LaTonya Pouncey, a native of Chicago, Illinois, discovered her entrepreneurial spirit after her six-year reign in college, where her major was Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. Understanding that a college education, her personality, her organizational skills, and her anointing would take her to the next level, she began to coordinate quarterly functions in Chicago at different venues. Once LaTonya received a name for herself, she inherited a following of individuals who would attend every event that she sponsored…and was then called “The Social Butterfly.”

LaTonya realized that it was time to make a change in 1991, so she relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, since it was known as the Mecca! She attended other individuals’ events and volunteered with several foundations and churches within Metro Atlanta by coordinating programs, planning parties, and working on committees for special events. By this time, she had a vision to take event planning to another level. So, she created Social Butterfly Productions Event Planning Company.

LaTonya realized that she not only enjoyed event planning, but also had a passion to spread the gospel. As a result of growing up in a Christian household and attending private Christian Schools majority of her life, she knew there was a calling that was deeper than event planning in her life. She realized that she was called to preach, teach, pray over people, and be a blessing at all costs. During the COVID-19 pandemic, LaTonya had an epiphany to move forward in ministry. She saw tons of people who needed prayer, deliverance, knowledge, and most of all salvation. The word of God says, “My people perish for a lack of knowledge!” (Hosea 4:6) The bible also says, All you are getting, get understanding. (Proverbs 4:7) These two scriptures lay heavy on LaTonya’s heart after dismissing the calling and delaying the movement.God showed her a vision, and it was to start a ministry. This is when BLESSED TO BLESSED NETWORK WAS BIRTHED! This ministry was formed to be a blessing until all families of the earth have been blessed, and the main goal is so that people can know JESUS LIVES, JESUS SAVES, JESUS HEALS, and JESUS REIGNS!!!! The goal is to ultimately let people know that JESUS IS REAL and HE’S COMING BACK AT RAPTURE!!!! LaTonya’s desire is for everyone to get ready and get right so they can live life eternally!!!

2022 was a great year for LaTonya because she retired from MARTA after 15.5 years of service. She was then blessed with a job at NucoreVision Inc. as the Director of Resources and Strategic Accounts. She married her soul mate, DJ Lennell Jones, and her only child, A’Leeyah, graduated from the University of Alabama and proceeded with her career in Indiana as an NBC news reporter and journalist for two years. God has also called A’Leeyah to ministry, where she is studying for her Master’s Degree in Theology at Vanderbilt University’s Divinity School.

LaTonya presently partners with the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) as a Volunteer Steering Committee Chair, and The Le Diner en Blanc Organization as a Group Leader. Every month, she spends time with the women who reside at the Gil Gal Restoration Center (In Atlanta, Georgia), teaching them how to land their dream job while consistently sharing an inspirational word with them. She has formerly worked with Agape Restoration Center, Show Me The Way Foundation, The Trumpet Awards Foundation, The Legendary Awards, The Hank Stewart Foundation, The Ryan Cameron Foundation, KAVO (Kids Against Violence And Drugs Organization), and the Lupus Foundation to assist with special events and benefit programs. She has also acted as a Board Chair and Board Advisor for the Africa’s Children’s Fund Foundation. She steadily offers her services where she can be a blessing.
